Pipeline Original from Chemisphere is a concentrated alkaline beer line cleaner with a built-in colour indicator: the purple solution changes colour while there is dirt in the line and stays purple once the line is clean.

Key features

  • Alkaline beer line cleaner, made in the UK by Chemisphere
  • Solution status indicator - a colour change shows the line is dirty, staying purple shows it is clean
  • Concentrated, so a 1 litre bottle goes a long way
  • Suits home kegerators, taps and smaller dispense systems

Specs

  • Size: 1 litre
  • Dilution: 2.5%, which is 25ml per litre of water

How to use

Dilute at 25ml per litre and run it through your lines - see the How to Use box for the full method.

Pipeline is a line cleaner, not a sanitiser, so rinse the lines with clean water afterwards and use ChemSan where you need a no-rinse sanitiser. Need a different size? Try the Pipeline Purple Professional 500ml or the Pipeline Purple cleaning powder, or browse all our beer line cleaners.

Who it's for

Home brewers who keg and pour on draught and want an easy visual check that their lines are clean.
