The Still Spirits Pure Turbo Pack bundles Pure Turbo Yeast, Turbo Carbon and Turbo Clear in one pack, for a wash where alcohol quality matters most. Still Spirits say it makes "triple distilled" quality alcohol possible at home.

What's in the pack

• Pure Turbo Yeast - yeast and nutrient mix for a clean ferment
• Turbo Carbon - added at the start to absorb impurities as they form
• Turbo Clear - two-part clearing agent used after fermentation

Specs

• Wash: 21 L, with 6 kg Turbo Sugar or 7 kg dextrose
• Temperature: 20-24°C
• Fermentation time: 6-7 days
• Approximate yield with a T500 reflux condenser: 3.6 L (Turbo Sugar) or 3.8 L (dextrose) at 93% ABV
• Allergens: sulphites and crustaceans

How to use

1. Dissolve the sugar in water to make 21 L at the right start temperature.
2. Add the yeast and Turbo Carbon and ferment at 20-24°C.
3. When finished, stir hard to remove gas, then add Turbo Clear and allow 24 hours or more before distilling.
