• 5 litre fermenting vessel and a second 5 litre transfer/bottling vessel
• Steriliser, hydrometer and syphon
• Plastic wine stoppers and wine bottle labels

How to use

Sanitise the equipment, mix the concentrate with sugar and water in the fermenting vessel, add the yeast and follow the step-by-step instructions to stabilise, clear and transfer the wine.

Who it is for
