Brewco Calcium Sulphate (Gypsum) 100g. A brewing water additive used to compensate for water chemistry deficiencies in beer, raising sulphate levels for crisper, drier hop bitterness in pale ales and IPAs. Also a useful aid in sherry-style fermentation.
