Alcotec 24 Turbo Klar Finings

Alcotec 24 Turbo Klar is a two-part fining agent that clears a fermented turbo yeast wash quickly, so you can rack clean liquid off the sediment before distilling. It also works on wine and cider.

Why clear your wash?

Leaving yeast in the boiler can give off-flavours and smells in the spirit. A clear wash, racked carefully off the sediment, gives a cleaner result.

How to use

1. Make sure fermentation has finished.
2. Add component A and stir well.
3. Add component B and stir again.
4. Leave undisturbed for 24 hours, then syphon off the clear liquid.
