Bullion is an old British bittering hop with a robust dark-fruit character, and this 200g pack of T90 pellets is aimed squarely at brewers of stouts, porters and old ales.
Historically it was a key bittering variety for dark beers, and its blackcurrant and plum notes sit comfortably alongside roasted and chocolate malts.
