Get the starter kit – £63.99It's one of the more unusual kits in the Cantina range: Hambleton Bard describe it as a wine with a peach aroma and a light shade of rosé, so it's a good choice when you want something fruity and different from the usual red or white.

- Italian grape juice concentrate - no sugar needed
- Sachet 1: wine yeast and nutrient
- Sachet 2: stabiliser
- Sachets 3 and 4: two-part finings to clear the wine
Specs

How to make it
- Empty the juice into a clean fermenter and top up with water at 20-30°C to 21 litres.
- Add sachet 1, fit the airlock and ferment for about 4 days.
- Once the hydrometer reads 1000 or below, rack off, add the stabiliser, de-gas, then add both finings.
- Rack off the clear wine the next day and bottle.
A handy alternative to bottling is a 4L bag in box, which the maker also suggests. For more pink and fruity styles, see our rosé wine kits and the full Cantina range.
