Festival World Belgian Dubbel is a strong, dark and warming Belgian-style ale with a rich, almost chocolatey fruitcake character and dark, spicy autumn fruit notes, at approximately 7.2% ABV.
Makes: approx. 23 litres.
What Equipment Do You Need? A 25-litre fermenter with airlock, a hydrometer, a syphon, and either bottles with caps or a pressure barrel. Always sanitise thoroughly with VWP or ChemSan.
Part of the Festival World Beers collection. Best given a good few weeks' conditioning to let the dark fruit character develop fully.
