Mandarina Bavaria (T90 Pellet) is a German hop variety bred at the Hop Research Institute in Hüll with a distinctively pleasant tangerine and citrus character. It brings a bright, fresh mandarin orange aroma to any beer style, and is particularly popular in pale ales, wheat beers, and Kölsch-style lagers.
Alpha Acids: 7–9% | Beta Acids: 5–6%
