Mangrove Jack's M47 Belgian Abbey yeast is exceptionally fruity, with hugely complex esters and fewer phenols than M41 Belgian Ale. It is moderately alcohol tolerant and highly flocculant, so beers drop clear well.

How to use
Sprinkle directly onto up to 23 litres of wort and ferment at 18-25°C. Its high flocculation means the yeast settles well once fermentation is done.
Ideal for a fruity Belgian pale or abbey ale - try it in the Belgian Blonde Build Your Own Beer Kit. For drier, stronger beers look at M31 Belgian Tripel.
