SodaStream 60 Litre Gas Cylinder

The SodaStream 60 Litre Gas Cylinder is the classic screw-in SodaStream CO2 cylinder, made to carbonate up to 60 litres of sparkling water. Home brewers also use this older-style cylinder as a compact CO2 source for pressure barrels and mini kegs, with the right adaptor.

Using it for home brew

On its own the cylinder only fits a SodaStream machine. To use it on a beer barrel or keg you need an adaptor:

• Injection System Brass Valve (SodaStream Style) - lets older-type SodaStream cylinders be used on an S30 valve pressure barrel
• Sodastream S30 Adapter - connects a SodaStream cylinder to homebrew dispensing equipment
• Mangrove Jack's Portable CO2 Kit - a small regulator with an adaptor for SodaStream cylinders, for ball-lock kegs and mini kegs
