Still Spirits Classic Brandy is a spirit flavouring essence — not a bottled spirit itself — designed to transform your own neutral spirit or vodka into a mellow, well-aged brandy with subtle grape and fruit character. It's the connoisseur's favourite in the Classic range, prized for its smooth, rounded finish.
How It Works
Add the sachet contents to 1.125 litres of neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV, stir or shake well to combine, then leave to rest for at least 24–48 hours before bottling — longer resting (up to a week or more) lets the flavour integrate more fully and rounds out the finish.
Serving Suggestions
Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to open up the aroma, though it also works well over ice or in classic brandy-based cocktails.
