How to use

Pour one sachet into 1.125 L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka, rinse the sachet out with a little of the spirit so nothing is wasted, then shake well. Rest it for at least 24-48 hours so the flavour can integrate; a longer rest rounds it out further. Best neat or with a splash of water.
