Still Spirits Top Shelf Whiskey is a spirit flavouring essence that turns your own neutral spirit or vodka into a complex whiskey with rich oak and subtle fruity tones.
How It Works
Add the essence to 2.25 litres of neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV — makes 3 x 750ml bottles. Shake or stir well, then rest 24–48 hours before bottling for the best flavour integration.
Serving Suggestions
Best enjoyed neat, with a splash of water, or over ice.
