What Equipment Do You Need?

A fermenter with an airlock, a hydrometer, a siphon and bottles for around 11.5 litres of wine. Always sanitise with VWP (rinse after) or the no-rinse ChemSan.

Serving

Serve in small glasses after dinner, on its own or with dessert, cheese or chocolate.
