Barrels are pressure barrels for serving home brew beer on draught. We stock 5 gallon white barrels with a CO2 injector system or an 8g pin valve cap, a 2 gallon barrel with a vent cap, a 25 litre economy barrel with an S30 valve, and replacement pressure barrel caps.

Why use a pressure barrel instead of bottles?

You fill one barrel instead of washing and filling 40 bottles, and you can pour beer on draught.

Do I need CO2?

As you draw beer off, the pressure drops. Injecting a little CO2 keeps the beer flowing and protects it.

Which cap or valve do I need?

It depends on your gas system: 8g bulbs fit a pin valve or injector cap, and an S30 valve takes larger S30 cylinders.
