Festival Razorback is a bold, hop-forward IPA bursting with citrus and pine character from a punchy Simcoe, Centennial and Summit hop addition. Pours a pale straw colour with a crisp white head, backed by just enough malt sweetness to balance the hop bitterness.
Makes: approx. 23 litres (40 pints) at around 5.7% ABV.
What Equipment Do You Need? A 25-litre fermenter with airlock, a hydrometer, a syphon, and either bottles with caps or a pressure barrel. Always sanitise thoroughly with VWP or ChemSan.
