Festival Summer Glory is a light, refreshing golden ale with floral and fruity hop aroma — originally launched as a limited edition before becoming a permanent favourite in the Festival range thanks to its popularity.
Makes: approx. 23 litres (40 pints).
What Equipment Do You Need? A 25-litre fermenter with airlock, a hydrometer, a syphon, and either bottles with caps or a pressure barrel. Always sanitise thoroughly with VWP or ChemSan.
Part of the Festival Beer Kits range. Serve chilled for the best refreshing character, and pair with a clean, neutral spray malt if you want extra body without dulling the hop aroma.
