Muntons Flagship Milk Stout brews a creamy, smooth stout with low bitterness and complex roast coffee and molasses flavours. The 500g of lactose is already in the box, so you get that classic milk stout sweetness without buying anything extra.

You will also need
- A 25 litre fermenter with an airlock and a hydrometer
- ChemSan - a no-rinse sanitiser for everything that touches the beer
- Bottles and carbonation drops, or a pressure barrel
How to brew it
Just add water to the malt extract and lactose, pitch the S-04 yeast and ferment at 18-21°C. Full steps: Muntons Flagship instructions. Give it a few weeks in the bottle so the sweetness and roast flavours come together.
