Spraymalt Medium 500g brings a rich malt flavour to bitters, amber ales and standard ales. It boosts the beer's natural body for a more rounded, mellow finish, sitting between the light and dark versions in colour.

How to use

Replace some or all of the sugar in your kit with Spraymalt Medium. Dissolve it in hot water before adding it to the fermenter.
