Australian and New Zealand hops are famous for bold tropical fruit and clean, bright citrus, making them favourites for pale ales, IPAs, hazy IPAs and modern lagers. All are supplied as T90 pellets.

Australia: Galaxy is one of the world's best-known aroma hops, with intense passion fruit and citrus. New Zealand: Nelson Sauvin gives its famous white-wine and gooseberry character, Motueka brings lime and lemon, Nectaron delivers pineapple, passion fruit and peach for juicy hazy IPAs, and Taiheke adds grapefruit and lime moving towards tropical fruit.

Southern Hemisphere hops shine as late additions and dry hops, where their aroma oils are kept. Pair them with a clean ale yeast so the hop character comes through.
