European hop pellets bring the refined spice, floral and herbal character behind classic lagers, Pilsners, wheat beers and continental ales. This range gathers our hops from Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and France, all in T90 pellet form.

Noble and traditional: Saaz is the Czech hop behind true Bohemian Pilsner, while Tettnanger and Spalter give German lagers their gentle, spicy aroma. Slovenian Celeia (Styrian Goldings) and Aurora suit both lagers and British-style ales. Bittering: German Magnum gives clean, smooth bitterness. Modern European aroma: Mandarina Bavaria (tangerine), Huell Melon (melon and strawberry), Kazbek (lemon and spice), Fantasia (passion fruit and mango), French Triskel (floral with citrus and peach) and German-grown Comet bring fruit to hoppy lagers and saisons.
