Brew 40 pints of traditional Geordie Bitter and serve it from amber glass swing-top bottles. The bundle pairs the kit with a fermenter and 48 reusable bottles, so your bottling kit lasts for brew after brew.

In the bundle

• Geordie Bitter 40pt Home Brew Kit - a 1.5kg tin of hopped bitter malt extract and a sachet of yeast
• A 25l fermenter with tap, lid and grommet
• 500ml Swing Top Amber Beer Bottles x4 boxes - 48 bottles that seal themselves, no caps or capper needed

You will also need

• 1kg of Brewing & Winemaking Sugar 1kg or light spray malt - not included
• Bubbler Airlock with Red Cap for the lid grommet, and a Wine & Beer Hydrometer
• ChemSan - no-rinse sanitiser for the fermenter and bottles
• Coopers Carbonation Drops - one per 500ml bottle to carbonate

How it works

Sanitise everything, mix the kit with water in the fermenter, add the yeast and leave it to ferment. When the gravity is stable, bottle with a carbonation drop in each, keep warm for a few days, then move somewhere cooler to condition. Full steps: Geordie Beer Kit Instructions.
