Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 contains dextrose, maltodextrin and Light Dry Malt. The dextrose ferments completely clean with no residual cidery flavour, while the maltodextrin adds unfermentable body and head retention. Light Dry Malt contributes malt flavour and aroma. Together they produce a noticeably better beer than plain sugar when used with beer kits.
