Coopers Brew Enhancer 3 contains a high proportion of Light Dry Malt combined with dextrose and maltodextrin. The substantial quantity of pale malt-derived extract significantly improves body, head retention, aroma, and flavour compared to using plain sugar. This is the premium brew enhancer for malt-forward ales.
Best suited to ales, bitters, and real ales where malt character is important. Highly recommended with Coopers Real Ale, English Bitter, Dark Ale, and Thomas Coopers premium kits. For lighter beers, use Brew Enhancer 2 instead.
