Elderflowers 50g (dried) are used in home wine making to produce a delicately perfumed elderflower wine or to enhance the bouquet of other wines. Elderflower wine is a British classic — pale golden, floral, and fragrant — and dried elderflowers allow you to make it year-round without seasonal foraging.
Infuse in hot water before adding to the must. Ferment with GV5 White Fruit Wine Yeast alongside Winemaking Sugar and Yeast Nutrient. Use Muslin Bags for straining.
