You'll also need

• A 25 Litre Fermentation Vessel with Tap
• A Wine & Beer Hydrometer
• ChemSan (no-rinse sanitiser) and Coopers Carbonation Drops for priming

How to brew it

Add the malt and 1kg of brewing sugar to your fermenter, top up to 23 litres with water, add the yeast and follow the instructions printed on the pouch.
