SAFALE™ S-33 is an ideal brewer's yeast for producing fruity and highly hopped beers. It gives high mouthfeel and body to the beer, with characteristic fruity esters. Particularly suited to Belgian ales, strong ales, and specially hopped beers where a generous mouthfeel and fruit complexity are desired.
