Upgrading your yeast: try Mangrove Jack's MA33, suited to this off-dry, fruitier style. If your fermenting spot runs cold over winter (often under 15°C), Lalvin EC-1118 is a reliable fallback.
Tips for Best Results
- Ferment at 18-22°C for a clean, consistent result
- Allow the wine to clear fully before bottling
- Condition in the bottle for at least 2 weeks before drinking
