Simcoe® (T90 Pellet) is a multi-purpose American hop bred in Yakima, Washington State and released in 2000. It has a unique and highly valued aroma profile of pine, passion fruit, and earthy citrus, alongside high alpha acids that make it excellent for bittering. One of the cornerstone hops of the American craft beer revolution.
Alpha Acids: 12–14% | Beta Acids: 4–5%
Works brilliantly at all addition points — bittering, late, or dry hop. Pairs exceptionally well with Citra and Mosaic®. Use in West Coast IPAs, Double IPAs, and American pale ales with Gervin GV12 Ale Yeast. Browse all: T90 Hop Pellets Full Range
