Thomas Coopers Amber Malt Extract (1.5kg) is made from a blend of pale and crystal malts, adding depth of colour, caramel aroma, and enhanced malt flavour to your beer. An excellent mid-point between light and dark extracts, it suits amber ales, bitters, red ales, and brown ales perfectly.
