Thomas Coopers Dark Malt Extract (1.5kg) is made from pale and roasted malts, dramatically increasing the depth of colour, aroma, and flavour in dark beers. Use in conjunction with stout, porter, or dark ale kits or extract recipes to add rich roasted malt character.
