Muntons Spraymalt, spray dried into a fine, soluble powder to retain all of the malt flavour without imparting any burnt or off flavours. Great for all traditional wheat beer styles — adds extra body and richness, especially useful when brewing German-style wheat beers, and aids head retention in other beer styles.
Use as a direct replacement for sugar in your brew, in the same quantity as the brewing sugar stated on your kit.
