The Beaverdale Chardonnay 6 Bottle Wine Kit makes approximately 6 bottles (4.5 litres) of a fragrant, crisp white wine at around 12% ABV. Rich and well balanced with wonderful body and finesse, finishing with a lingering aftertaste — dry with medium oak character.

No additional sugar required. Ready in about 4 weeks.

What Equipment Do You Need?

This kit is ingredients-only. You'll need a demijohn, airlock, hydrometer, siphon, and 6 bottles with corks. Our 6 Bottle Wine Starter Pack bundles the demijohns and equipment together. Always sanitise with VWP or ChemSan.

Upgrading your yeast

This is a richer, medium-oaked white rather than a light crisp one, so try Mangrove Jack's BV7 — built for full-bodied, full-flavoured whites, it preserves and enhances that richer character.
