What's Included
A 1.5kg tin of hopped IPA malt extract and a sachet of yeast. Add water and 1kg brewing sugar or light spray malt and ferment for 7–10 days.
What Equipment Do You Need?
A 25-litre fermentation bucket, airlock, hydrometer, siphon, and bottles or a pressure barrel. Our home brew starter kits include everything. Always sanitise with VWP or StarSan.
Tips for Best Results
- Use light spray malt instead of plain sugar for a fuller body and better head retention
- Ferment at 18–20°C for a clean, crisp result
- For extra aroma, dry hop with your favourite pale-ale hops during conditioning
- Condition for at least 7 days in the bottle before drinking
