MasterPint Pale Ale is a golden thirst quencher with distinct hops and a slightly malty character. One pouch brews 23 litres - about 40 pints - at around 5% ABV.
What's in the pouch
- Selected liquid malt extracts
- Varietal brewery yeast - a little slower than cheap kit yeast, but the maker says it gives a much better result
- Packed in a stand-up pouch that can't dent, with full instructions on the back
You'll also need
- 1kg of Brewing & Winemaking Sugar 1kg
- A 25 Litre Fermentation Vessel with Tap
- A Wine & Beer Hydrometer
- ChemSan (no-rinse sanitiser) and Coopers Carbonation Drops for priming
How to brew it
Dissolve the malt and 1kg of sugar, make up to 23 litres, pitch the yeast and follow the instructions on the back of the pouch.
