How to brew it

Mix the extract with 3.5 litres of boiling water and the 1kg of fermentables, top up with cold water to 23 litres, sprinkle on the yeast and ferment at 18-21°C. Fermentation usually takes 4-6 days. Prime, keep warm for 2 days, then condition somewhere cool for 14 days. Full steps: Muntons Connoisseurs instructions.

One for drinkers who like a pilsner with some weight behind it, rather than a light, thin lager. For a lighter, more thirst-quenching pils try the Connoisseurs Pilsner. See the rest of the Muntons Connoisseurs range.
