Prime, keep warm for 2 days, then condition somewhere cool for 14 days. Full steps: Muntons Connoisseurs instructions.

A good summer brew for anyone who wants an easy-drinking, pale lager. Lager fans can swap in Saflager W-34/70 for an even cleaner finish if they can ferment cool. See the rest of the Muntons Connoisseurs range.
