The SG Wines Gold 30 Bottle Wine Making Starter Kit has everything a beginner needs to make 30 bottles (22.5 litres) of wine at home: an SG Wines Gold 30 bottle 7 day wine kit of your choice plus a 25 litre fermenter with tap and the essential equipment. Choose it with brewing sugar and all you need to add is bottles.

• 1 × SG Wines Gold 30 bottle 7 day wine kit of your choice (grape concentrate, yeast, finings and stabiliser)
• 1 × 25 litre fermenting bucket with lid, tap and airlock grommet
• 1 × bubbler airlock

• 1 × wine and beer hydrometer

• 1 × Brewco No Rinse Sanitiser 500g (sodium percarbonate cleaner and sanitiser)

With brewing sugar adds 4 × 1kg bags of Brewco brewing sugar (dextrose), enough for the kit. Without sugar, you'll need to add your own.

How to make it

Sanitise everything, pour in the concentrate, dissolve the sugar and top up with water to the kit's volume. Add the yeast, fit the lid and airlock, and ferment at about 20–25°C. • Bottles – 30 × 75cl wine bottles: green or clear 75cl wine bottles (box of 12), with quality corks and a twin lever corker, or screw caps.
• Sugar, if you choose the kit without it (3.3kg of brewing sugar (dextrose) or 3kg of granulated sugar) – Brewco brewing sugar (dextrose)
