What makes it different

  • Everything in one order – no hunting for the right bits
  • A 25 litre fermenter with a tap, so bottling is quick and the sediment stays behind
  • Brewco No Rinse Sanitiser – clean and sanitise in one step
  • Reusable equipment – just buy another kit for your next batch
  • A step-by-step guide you can download, print or keep on your phone

How to make it

Sanitise everything, warm the can or pouch, mix it with hot water in the fermenter and top up with cold water to 23 litres. Add the yeast, fit the lid and airlock, and leave it at about 18–22°C for one to two weeks until the hydrometer reading stays the same. Then prime, bottle from the tap and leave to condition for a couple of weeks. Download the step-by-step guide (PDF) for every step, with troubleshooting. Always follow the kit's own instructions for exact quantities and times.
