What Equipment Do You Need?
This kit is ingredients-only. You'll also need a 25-litre fermentation bucket, airlock, hydrometer, siphon, and bottles or a pressure barrel. Our home brew starter kits include everything in one bundle. Always sanitise with VWP or ChemSan.
Tips for Best Results
- Enhance with a dry hop of 20g Centennial for added floral citrus aroma
- Use Brew Enhancer 2 for improved body
- Upgrade the yeast to Safale US-05 — a clean American ale yeast that stays out of the way of the hop character, ideal for a crisp, dry-hopped pale ale
