What's Included

What Equipment Do You Need?

Tips for Best Results
- Ferment at 18–21°C — slightly cooler than ale fermentation promotes a cleaner, crisper lager character
- Add beer finings after fermentation for a brilliantly clear, bright lager

- Serve very cold — lager is best around 4–6°C for maximum refreshment
