The Beaverdale Pinot Grigio 6 Bottle Wine Kit makes approximately 6 bottles (4.5 litres) of a light, crisp Italian-style white wine at around 12% ABV. Pale in colour with delicate flavours of pear, green apple, and subtle floral notes — this is a fresh, easy-drinking white that's perfect served chilled as an aperitif or with light food.

No additional sugar required. Ready in about 4 weeks.

What Equipment Do You Need?

This kit is ingredients-only. You'll need a demijohn, airlock, hydrometer, siphon, and 6 bottles with corks. Our 6 Bottle Wine Starter Pack bundles the demijohns and equipment together. Always sanitise with VWP or ChemSan.

Upgrading your yeast

For a light, crisp style like this, try Mangrove Jack's CL23 for a clean, dry result. If you can ferment somewhere genuinely cool (under 15°C), Lalvin K1V-1116 pulls out noticeably more of those delicate floral aromas.
