What is the difference between a West Coast IPA and a hazy IPA?

West Coast IPAs are clear, dry and bitter with piney, citrus hops. Hazy IPAs are cloudy, softer and juicier, with less bitterness.

Can I dry hop a beer kit?

Yes. Add hop pellets to the fermenter for the last few days of fermentation for extra aroma.

Which IPA kits need no sugar?

3kg two-can kits, such as Muntons Gold India Pale Ale or St Peters IPA 3kg, generally need no added sugar. Check each kit page.
